For additional knowledge about the rights of the people, a number of internal, international and global tasks are vibrating. The rights of a person manifest their presence practically in the skin sphere of the life of a person and may have a political-legal, ethical-moral, spiritual-psychological, spiritual-pedagogical character.

The knowledge of the people of their rights is an important intellectual basis for the market of practice, which may be competitive in nature. Due to the method of revealing legal literacy among the unemployed workers of the Tyumen region, the questionnaire included a power supply unit.

In the attacking nutrition, the respondents were asked to evaluate the work of the state authorities in the sphere of employment and the social protection of the unemployed. At the end, it is significant that a sociological study was carried out, directing the thoughts of the residents of the Tyumen region from the employment of the population, allowed us to make recommendations for the thorough regulation of the state market of the Tyumen region.

The sovereign mechanism of regulation of employment, in the opinion of the author of the article, is guilty of including the whole range of methods and tools that are used by the organs of state power to achieve effective employment and ensure effective functioning of the labor market.

In this article, the classification of the main methods and tools of the state mechanism for regulating the market of practice has been proposed (Fig. 1).
